THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CONTAINS A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO SUE, A RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, AS WELL AS OTHER PROVISIONS THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Corner Pieces For One event organized by CREEW, I acknowledge and agree that: (1) I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk; (2) I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the activities; (3) I assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur; (4) I waive any claims against CREEW, its organizers, and venue.
