Joy
Joy · Community Host

Wellness from every avenue. For us, by us.
Ma Bèl (French Creole for "My Beautiful") is a dedicated space for Black women in their 30s and 40s. This is about more than surface-level health; it’s about the mental, physical, and spiritual work of becoming who we are now.

We come together to unlearn the scripts we were given and relearn what it means to be well. This is a space to grow, to have the hard conversations, and to simply have fun in a room that understands you.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?

  • CREEW is a social wellness platform helping people build real-world friendships through curated community experiences. We use behavioral science—proximity, shared interests, and consistency—to help you connect with more ease and intention. Think recurring communities, not one-off events.

  • Nope. Most people come solo. Every experience is intentionally designed to make it easy to show up and feel welcomed, even if it's your first time. That's the whole point—come alone, leave with friends.

  • We have three tiers: Explorer (free), Connector, and Core. Explorer gives you access to free events and Discord. Connector and Core members can join multiple communities each month, get priority registration for special experiences, partner discounts, and exclusive Discord channels.

  • Standard experiences are recurring community events—like weekly clay sculpting or monthly wellness circles. These are included with Connector and Core memberships. Special experiences are one-time or premium events—like CREEW Camp or quarterly trips—that anyone can purchase tickets for (members get discounts).

  • Take our matching quiz and get placed into Discord neighborhoods based on your life stage, interests, and location. We have over 50+ channels—from mom clubs to neurodivergent spaces to city-specific groups. Some are free for everyone, some are exclusive to members of specific in-person communities.

  • We're currently IRL in Houston and New Orleans, with a growing digital community you can join from anywhere. Each city's communities are customized for what that city needs—we don't carbon copy events or experiences.

  • Absolutely. Start with a free Explorer membership to attend free events and join Discord. You can always upgrade to Connector or Core once you're ready to dive into more communities.

  • You can attend events, join Discord, become a member, apply to be a Community Host, or collaborate with us as a brand or creator. Start by joining an event or emailing us at howdy@hellocreew.com.
